Born on January 2, 1996, Renuka Singh hails from Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Renuka is widely known as one of the most effective fast bowlers in the modern-cricketing era. Demonstrating her importance to the Indian pace bowling attack, Renuka collected 40 wickets for India in just 29 matches in 2022 across the white-ball formats. The right-arm pacer was also the leading wicket-taker of the Commonwealth Games 2022 in Birmingham where the Indian cricket team created history by winning the silver medal. Following her magnificent bowling display, Renuka was crowned as the ICC Emerging Women's Cricketer of the Year 2022. Her wicket-taking ability with the new ball makes her an epic addition to the Royal Challengers Bangalore's squad and the batters will be on their toes when Renuka walks to bowl with the new ball.
