Minnu Mani was bought for her base price of INR 30 lakh by the Delhi Capitals in the 2023 WPL auction. The all-rounder had an impressive outing in the 2023 Senior Women's One Day Trophy, scoring 246 runs from 8 matches at an average of 41 and picking up 12 wickets at 16.75 and economy rate of 3.79. The Kerala cricketer also represented India in the 2019 Emerging Teams Asia Cup. An athletic fielder, Mani brings versatility to the table with the ability to play according to the demands of the game both with bat and ball. In July 2023, Mani became the first Kerala woman player to play for India when she made her T20I debut against Bangladesh in Mirpur. She impressed straightaway, picking up a wicket in her first over, bowling in the Powerplay. She was a part of the Indian squad that won their maiden gold medal at the Asian Games in Hangzhou. At the WPL, she would be looking to learn from the best and make the most of the opportunities that come her way.
