The WPL auction 2025 kicked off with an exciting opening bid from the Mumbai Indians, who secured South African allrounder Nadine de Klerk for INR 30 lakh. Known for her versatility and consistency, Nandine is a right-arm medium pacer who can also hit some big hits with the bat. She played an integral part of the runner-up South Africa women’s team in the ICC Women’s T20I World Cup 2024. Previous to Mumbai, Nandine was part of the RCB set-up in WPL, 2024.
