The England all-rounder received the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy for ICC Women's Cricketer of the Year 2022 after scoring 1346 runs and scalping 22 wickets in 33 international matches. The Mumbai Indians broke the bank in the inaugural WPL auction for Sciver and got the English all-rounder for INR 3.20 Crore. She had a brilliant first season, finishing as MI's highest run-getter and also picking up 10 wickets as she played a crucial role in MI's title win. Given the value Sciver brings to the table, Mumbai Indians will heavily rely on the all-rounder from England again.
