Capped Indian wicket-keeper Nuzhat Parween is set for her maiden TATA WPL campaign after RCB picked her for the 2025 season as a replacement for the injured legspinner Asha Sobhana. Parween made her India debut as a 20-year-old in 2016 and was even part of the Asia Cup squad that year. Parween scored 134 runs at a strike rate of 101.51 for Railways in the Senior Women's T20 Trophy ahead of TATA WPL 2025, and will be seen as a back-up keeper-batter for RCB's Richa Ghosh. The Madhya Pradesh-born player was also part of India's 2017 ODI World Cup squad that reached the final.
