22-year-old Uma Chetri joined UP Warriorz as a replacement for Vrinda Dinesh in WPL 2024. A promising wicketkeeper from Assam, she was part of India’s gold medal-winning squad at the 2022 Asian Games and played a key role in India A’s victory at the ACC Emerging Women’s Asia Cup 2023.
