Yastika Bhatia is a wicketkeeper-batter from Vadodara, Gujarat. Yastika is a left-handed batter and is known for her solid technique and ability to build innings. Bhatia's consistent performances with the bat at the domestic level earned her a place in the Indian Cricket Team in 2021. The wicketkeeper-batter also made her Test debut in September against Australia in a one-off test match held at Carrara Oval. She was included in India's squad for the Women's ODI Cricket World Cup 2022 and the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, where she helped her nation in securing a silver medal. Noticing the spark in the young and dynamic Yastike Bhatia, the Mumbai Indians got the wicketkeeper-batter for INR 1.50 Crore in the inaugural WPL auction. She has a bright future ahead of her and the Mumbai Indians will be aiming to make the most out of her batting prowess in their quest of retaining the WPL title.
